The Department of Modern Languages at DePauw University invites applications for a part-time instructor position in Italian for 2014-2015, to begin August 2013. The successful candidate will teach two sections of Introduction to Italian I in the fall and one section of Introduction to Italian II in the spring. Applicants who possess a terminal degree (Ph.D.) in Italian are preferred, but doctoral candidates (ABDs) and holders of an M.A. in Italian are also encouraged to apply. Native or near-native fluency in Italian is required. Candidates should have at least one year of teaching experience at the university level.
